Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their first class Fine-Dining restaurant serving A La Carte Menu. You will have at least 2 years experience in top quality 5 star hotel restaurants in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. You will be deputising to the Restaurant Manager and overseeing approximately 30 staff, so good motivational and team leading skills are required. Overseeing the restaurant area and staff are key to this role, so a responsible but lively out-going personality is desired. You must have exceptionally high 5 star standards, be knowledgeable of the fine dining environment and a la carte menu planning and be willing to make the next step in your career by joining this excellent hotel.
